2. Data we process
Server log data: when you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time of access, browser type and pages requested. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short period.
Contact form: when you send us an inquiry, we process your name, company, email address, optional phone number and country, your area of interest and your message, to answer your request and prepare a possible business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Email: if you email us directly, we process your email address and the information you provide for the same purposes.
3. Recipients
Inquiries are stored in our website database and forwarded by email to our sales team. We use carefully selected service providers for hosting and email delivery who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). Some providers may be located outside the EU/EEA; in this case transfers are based on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep inquiry data as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law) apply.
